The design scope for this landscape included a large entertaining space for the family in addition to private, secluded zones. A large limestone wall creates a secluded outdoor living space with full kitchen, wet bar and linear fireplace. An outdoor shower off the master suite becomes a dramatic night time element with a tiled rain curtain. A raised limestone and Ipe pool deck overlook a series of steel scuppers. The sound of water is further carried throughout the landscape by a series of urns overflowing into gravel. Hardscape materials were selected to match the architecture of the hill country home. Native plants intermingle with ornamentals to provide striking plant combinations that provide seasonal interest.
